Ruffian

In 2007 Gary appeared in the ABC-ESPN Original Production, Ruffian, filmed on-location at Belmont Park. Gary played legendary sportscaster Jack Whittaker. The move starred Sam Shepherd and was the story of the famed philly Ruffian, who broke her leg in a match race with the then Kentucky Derby champion Foolish Pleasure.
